It is an honor and a privilege to support you on your journey...
My approach is one of collaboration and teamwork, and I work with adults, adolescents, children, and their families to identify solutions, strengths, and resources to overcome mental health challenges. I strive to provide an integrative approach uniquely tailored for each individual with whom I work.
I draw from several different theoretical approaches in order to ensure our work together best suits you and your goals. These may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Social Skills training, Gorski Relapse Prevention, Family Systems therapy, Trauma-focused interventions, Non-directive and directive play therapy, incorporation of art and music into therapeutic interventions, and relational psychotherapy.
I have extensive experience in providing psychotherapy, psychodiagnostic assessment, consultation, clinical supervision, and program evaluation in community, medical, residential and outpatient settings. I completed my Doctorate of Psychology (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology at the American School of Professional Psychology, Washington, DC, in 2015, and have have worked in a wide variety of settings with a clinically and culturally diverse population of adults, children, adolescents, and families. Over the last several years, I have provided psychotherapy, psychological assessment, supervision and training as a psychologist and behavioral health manager at a large medical organization.
